Everyday my judgments are smashed, pulled apart and put together again. In them, I see myself, my own ignorance, perception and prejudice. I'm embarrassed, but glad that no one else hears what I say in my head about people I don't know. Every time I'm privileged enough to find out more and my previous assumptions are broken, I feel like a better person. I'm glad that I'm wrong and I'm wrong nearly all the time. p.192 from "Today is to dance"
